What kind of career is good for you? The Myers-Briggs personality test has been around since World War II and most have taken a variations of the is. I took one at a previous job where politics ran wild. A consultant was brought in to help all those in IT work together better. The end result was not much change until management fired a few trouble makers, but the test was interesting enough.
