Anakin in Syracuse

Poor ol’ Anakin Skywalker or Hayden Christiensen as we know him. Participating in the Bullrun rally last week, the young padwan’s Ferrari encountered a fuel hose problem. He needed to get the car fixed or get to Toronto somehow. Unfortunatley he did not know that Syracuse is home to Cantech Automotive (Disclaimer: Astrochimp designed and developed the Cantech Automotive website) which is certified to work on his Ferrari. This would have avoided the eight hour ride on a flat bed truck with a Burdick Tow Truck driver who wanted to teach Anakin to avoid the Dark side of the force an get a new relationship with Jesus.
Burdick transported the $125,000 car and Christensen to Toronto, where the actor grew up. During the eight-hour trip, Burdick said he talked about being a born-again Christian and played a cassette by a Christian motivational speaker. Burdick says he didn’t find out who Christensen was until they hit the Canadian border, where people asked the actor for his autograph.
