One of the problems most associated with a CSS layout site is the “Float Drop”. This is a situation where you have two elements that are supposed be side by side but instead have one element sitting below the other. This is a “Float Drop” where one element simply drops down because it cannot squeeze intot he available space. Most times it occurs in Internet Explorer, here is an article looking at ways to avoid the drop:
